Amazon Fire TV – Available Now – Why I Want One!

Amazon has released its own media playing device to compete with Roku, AppleTV, Chromecast, and Google TV. You can read about all the tech specs and details here on Amazon.com.
So why do I want one ASAP? Because it’s awesome! It has better internal specs than all the others and will give me better access to the Amazon Instant Video library of movies and TV shows. I can watch them on our TV like I currently watch Netflix using the other devices. What’s great as well-Netflix and Plex are still available on the Fire TV. Ultimate access to almost anything I could want to watch.
I still love the other media players, but this definitely adds a new and exciting option. Now if I can only convince my wife that I need it. She thinks my current setup is crazy-Google TV (Logitech Revue), Chromecast, AppleTV, and the WD player (Western Digital).
I still need a Roku 3 and now the Fire TV. Why? Because each device has some slightly different uses and features. Having each device allows me access to all the awesomeness whenever I want.
