Gripping Outdoor Gear: Merrell Hiking Boots

We finally had a great snowstorm yesterday in Salt Lake City! In fact, we have had over 2 feet in the mountains and at least a few inches in the valley. I had some snow shoveling and car scraping to do this morning so I knew it was time to bust out my new Merrell hiking boots.
I have owned a few pairs of Merrell boots through the years and they never cease to amaze me. Why do I love them so much? Well, they look good, feel good and last a long time! They are actually what I feel to be the epitome of what Gription Gear is all about-great products designed to enhance the human experience.
Here is the Merrell hiking boot I am currently wearing. I love the style-it just looks awesome! I also love the Vibram sole for its durability and excellent Gription; great for traction in the snow. They are also made with Gore-Tex, which enhances comfort due to the breathability of the material and provides superior waterproofing technology. My feet are dry and warm. I love these boots!
